If you can run this tool, Intel SSU, and attach the results to this thread, that would be very helpful to see what hardware you have. If you don't want to run SSU, can you tell us what NUC you're referring to?
It's not exactly a NUC, I'm using a windows tablet with wacom touch input device(With pen feature). On windows 11 when I put my hand on the screen with pen to do some writing, the hand often triggers unexpected touch event (Does not happen on windows 10). I've been looking for why.
