It is necessary to install the Intel® Management Engine Driver (5M) for Intel® Desktop Boards version: 7.1.40.1161 MEI-SOL. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/20584/Intel-Management-Engine-Driver-5M-for-Intel-Desktop-Boards?product=51997
Bear in mind Intel® Desktop Board DQ67SW is mature now and it is only self-supported using our support website called: Intel support. I added the website. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/home/v4.html?searchType=drivers&searchTerm=DQ67SW
Type the board model and select drivers.
