After SSD and RAM installation (we first checked that all is compatible with NUC). When ready we added HDMI to connect with a projector to install Windows 10. Nothing showed on screen so we thought to connect it with LG LCD display. As soon as we got cable near the LCD HDMI we saw sparks and now shows no HDMI signal.
NUC Led (power button) - constant blue light
We are vary concerned because nothing like that has ever happened we have used Windows mini-pc and Android mini-pc with projectors and LG displays.
Please we need help!

Sounds like you somehow created a short and have fried the HDMI interface. Problem could be in the NUC, but I would discard the HDMI cable used regardless. You need to contact Intel Customer Support directly (you can't do it here) to arrange a warranty replacement of the NUC. Don't forget to remove your memory and storage from the NUC when you send the bad unit to them.
