I bought a Maximus IX motherboard, and then bought a thunderbolt3 add-on card so I could use my Apollo Twin audio interface (which is Thunderbolt) the motherboard is compatible but my computer is not recognizing my interface??? PLEASE HELP!!!!

I have downloaded all the chipsets, thunderbolt firmware.....I just dont get it!!!

I would first update the bios. If that does not solve the problem, I would then contact ASUS for support.
