The troubleshooter didn't work. In device manager, its telling me there are no compatible drivers for this device.

To be honest, some more detail would be helpful.
Some things like: Full Model Name, Operating System and Version (e. g. Windows 10 64bit 1803), BIOS-Version, Driver Version ...
If you use Windows 10, have you tried the latest driver from Interl Homepage?
Or maybe its a better idea to search the Realtek-Homepage for the latest drivers (since Intel isnt always up to date).
