I have a NUC7i7DNKE and once it goes into sleep mode it does not wake up. I have dual displays connected via HDMI and they remain black. I tried unplugging each and re-plugging in the HDMI connectors. But nothing works.

I have tried changing the power settings to never for all but the display. But once the display goes to sleep I cannot wake it.

  1. Is your bios set to default settings?
  2. Is Deep S4/S5 enabled in bios? If yes, please disable it.

I simply disabled Monitor Sleep. That has worked for me with every NUC model.

Bios is set to default setting and S4/S5 is disabled.

I am talking in the Windows Settings / Power Options / Power & Sleep scene. Set Screen to Never.
