This isn't the appropriate place for you to be doing this. This is a technical support forum for Intel products. Log into EPP using your Intel account and ask them there.
That's how I got here, when I go to contact seller when looking at my order it sends me to the public site (intel homepage), which is not really useful..
Is there a number I can call?
Log into EPP. Select Support and then Help. Near the bottom of the help screen is a phone number.
