I have about 300 Nucs that I have to update to Windows 10. These NUC's cover a lot of models. I have a few questions.

Is there a way to update the bios's from windows so I can do use SCCM to update all the bios's to the latest version. (dos util dosen't seem to run under x64 dos window)

Any way to reliably get into Ctrl P to enable mbex as it only seems to work about 1 in 100 trys. Seems very poor design.

Is there a automated way to get serial numbers in the bios, without manually having to enable uefi boot and use the utility then manualy enter the info.

Hi @gthom20,

Unfortunately, you have not provided any information about the models you wish to update.

Even if there are 300 devices, it will probably be a manageable number of models.

So I can't tell you if a BIOS update is available for all models as a .msi file.

Currently I have two models of the NUC in use, for both a .msi file is available.

NUC8i*BE

NUC6CAYH

I recommend to take a look at the downloadcenter.

Unfortunately I can't give you an answer for reading the serial numbers.

But maybe another member of the forum can give you a tip.
