I am not talking about a product code. I am asking what MODEL number NUC you have.
Provide the NUC model number.
Provide the OS and VERSION you are using.

You have to provide your NUC model number. On the box the NUC came in, there is a label. On the bottom of the NUC there is a label. The label with have a model number that looks like NUCxixyyy. Example is NUC8i7BEH.
If you do not have a model number, something is wrong.
If you cannot get a picture on your monitor, try a different cable. If that dows not work, something is wrong. For us to help, you have to know something. Otherwise, something is wrong.
Do you know what OS (operating system) you have? If not, something is wrong.
