I have one unit of crucial 16GB DDR4 2133MHz RAM install on NUC7i5BNH.

I need to install one more unit 8GB or 16GB DDR4 2400MHz, any recommendation which model (Crucial/Kingston/etc) is compatible with the existing one? I am referring to 2400MHz model only.

You SHOULD match exactly your existing so-dimm (manufacturer and part number). You cannot be guaranteed compatibility by mixing memory/manufacturers, even if you think the specs match.
