Hi, I'm experiencing a freezing/crashing problem with my brand new NUC Hades Canyon 8i7HVK Full, equipped with the following:
1. 32GB ram
2. M.2 input# 1 = 512gb PCie system Drive
3. M.2 input# 2 = Magewell Eco Quad SDI Input card
- Connects up to 4 SDI video cameras.
4. Thunderbolt# 1 = 1TB External Samsung Thunderbolt SSD.
5. USB# 1 = Wired Keyboard
6. USB# 2 = Wireless mouse
7. USB# 3 = Livestream Studio software/hardware dongle
8. USB# 4 = Aux. output for cell phone
9. HDMI# 1 = 24" Dell 1080 monitor
10. HDMI# 2 = Aux. monitor output to PowerPoint Projector
11. Windows 10 Pro
Although I have read successful posts on this similar setup, on a local Facebook streaming site, there are people convinced that there aren't enough lanes in the Hades Canyon for the above mentioned inputs, and they are convinced that this is why the computer's mouse and keyboard are freezing up.
Do you have any Information that can either confirm this theory, or is it not in fact a correct assessment of the NUC computer?

Hello tvpRich
Thank you for posting in the Intel® community.
The Intel® NUC Kit NUC8i7HVK offers up to 8 GT/s for fast access to peripheral devices with up to 8 lanes:
Up to 1x8, 2x4
Since it appears you only using the front USB Type-C and the two M.2 slots, you should be ok.
FYI: Refer to the Technical Product Specification for this unit (page 15):

When you say "freezing/crashing problem", for how long does it freeze and what happens when it crashes?
Try the following to see if we can resolve the freezing/crashing problem:
- Test the system by removing any devices you don't need to free up resources.
- Update the BIOS if you haven't yet:
- Download link: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/126143/Intel-NUC-Kit-NUC8i7HVK https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/126143/Intel-NUC-Kit-NUC8i7HVK; on the download type select BIOS (is important to keep in mind that if you need to update several BIOS version is recommended to do it one by one in the correct order)
- Steps to update the BIOS: https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/mini-pcs/F7-BIOS-Update-NUC.pdf https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/mini-pcs/F7-BIOS-Update-NUC.pdf
- Update the graphics drivers? (The Intel® HD Graphics driver should be installed before the Radeon™ RX Vega graphics driver.)
- Download link: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/126143/Intel-NUC-Kit-NUC8i7HVK https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/126143/Intel-NUC-Kit-NUC8i7HVK (on the dropdown select divers and Windows 10, 64 bit)

tvpRich,
Not sure if this is helpful, but I noticed this software in the NUC8i7HVK for Intel® Core™ i7-8809G Processor with Radeon™ RX Vega M GH graphics page (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/130409/Intel-Core-i7-8809G-Processor-with-Radeon-RX-Vega-M-... here).
This is the link to the download itself:
