I recently purchased a NUC8i7HNK, everything seems to work but it has a lag event every 5 seconds, It lags when i move the mouse or not, if I am watching YouTube the video lags.

LWAKSMAN - The text file is too long to enter, please find it at this link. the lag is every 6 seconds consistently as i timed it.

Please download Intel System Support Utility (SSU): https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-

Next run with the SSU full system scan. Save the results and the txt file with the results to your post.

I am having this exact same problem - I bought the HVK version of this NUC a few days ago, it all seems fine until I install the graphics drivers, then I get exactly what you describe, stuttering every few seconds no matter what I am doing. It is making this unusable!

I recommend creating a new thread to isolate you case and system configuration, please make sure you add the information of the system model and specs, detail information of the problem that you are having, plus all the information that you have added to this thread, so we can get more information about the problem.
