Hi YBitt,

Without more information, it seems like this is interference. The cause is impossible to determine with the information provided.

Recommendations:

  1. swap out your existing HDMI or DP cable connecting your NUC to the monitor with a known good spare
  2. move all electronics out of the general area of your NUC
  3. verify that the power supply unit is connected to a properly grounded outlet
  4. verify that the monitor is connected to a properly grounded outlet
  5. if you're using extension cords for the NUC or monitor, try to test without them
  6. remove all connected USB devices except the keyboard and mouse
  7. if your NUC is connected via a VESA mount to the back of your monitor, remove it

Warm Regards,

Mike

Hi Yaron,

  1. In case that the advice given by Mike in the post above will not help, please do the following:
  2. Download Intel Driver & Support Assistant (IDSA) https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28425/Intel-Driver-Support-Assistant?product=128824 Run IDSA , press on "Save a detailed report" (in the bottom right corner).
  3. Click on Window key + R and run dxdiag command. Save the report.
  4. Pack both files in Zip archive and using the paper clip (in the left bottom corner), attach it to your post.

Leon
