Hi YBitt,
Without more information, it seems like this is interference. The cause is impossible to determine with the information provided.
Recommendations:
- swap out your existing HDMI or DP cable connecting your NUC to the monitor with a known good spare
- move all electronics out of the general area of your NUC
- verify that the power supply unit is connected to a properly grounded outlet
- verify that the monitor is connected to a properly grounded outlet
- if you're using extension cords for the NUC or monitor, try to test without them
- remove all connected USB devices except the keyboard and mouse
- if your NUC is connected via a VESA mount to the back of your monitor, remove it
Warm Regards,
Mike

Hi Yaron,
- In case that the advice given by Mike in the post above will not help, please do the following:
- Download Intel Driver & Support Assistant (IDSA) https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28425/Intel-Driver-Support-Assistant?product=128824 Run IDSA , press on "Save a detailed report" (in the bottom right corner).
- Click on Window key + R and run dxdiag command. Save the report.
- Pack both files in Zip archive and using the paper clip (in the left bottom corner), attach it to your post.
