JueWe

This forum is for Intel NUCs. Contact MSI for assistance with their notebook. MSI is solely responsible for your support. Also, you should use only the drivers provided by MSI.

Hi JueWe,
- Since MSI recommends that you install the 26.20.100.7212 driver and you don't know how to do this, follow those instructions. Currently you have 100.6471 driver installed. This is the old style Intel Graphics Driver. The suggested by MSI driver 26.20.100.7212 is a new style DCH Graphics Driver. This is the previous version of this driver and the latest verison is 26.20.100.7323 (as recommended by IDSA). However, in order to install the new DCH style driver, you should do clean installation (i.e. first uninstall the current driver). Next time when you will update the DCH driver, it will do this without problems:
- Download the latest DCH driver version 26.20.100.7323 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29113/Intel-Graphics-Windows-10-DCH-Drivers
- Disconnect the internet.
- Right click on currently installed driver (in Device Manager), then click on Uninstall device . Check the Delete the driver software from this device option.
- Reboot your computer. After finishing uninstalling you should see Microsoft Basic Graphics Adapter.
- Now, install previously downloaded driver 26.20.100.7323
- Reconnect the internet and reboot your computer.
