Well, ok, you can ignore that non-helpful, has-nothing-to-do-with-the-issue input.
The first thing to try is manually installing the package. You can download the graphics driver installer from here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29557/Intel-Graphics-Windows-10-DCH-Drivers.
If it fails to install. you may need to remove the previous driver before the latest can take. Use this process:
- If you haven't already (or you deleted it), download the latest graphics driver package to your system drive, Do not attempt to install it yet.
- Disconnect your system from the Internet. Unplug Ethernet cable and/or disable wireless.
- Using the Apps & Features applet, uninstall the Intel Graphics Driver package.
- Reboot, keeping Internet disconnected.
- In the Device Manager app, expand the Display Adapters section.
- If the only graphics adapter present is the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter (i.e. no Intel Graphics Adapter), go to Step 9.
- Right-click on the entry for the Intel graphics adapter and select Uninstall device. Place checkmark beside the Delete the driver software for this device question and then click on the Uninstall button.
- Go back to Step 4.
- Install the driver package you downloaded in Step 1 (or previous).
- Reboot.
- Reconnect Internet.
- Test.
Hope this helps,

hi
Double click the downloaded file to open the tool. Click on Advanced and make sure that the box associated with Apply repairs automatically is checked. On the next screen click on Installing. ... Repeat the above steps for all Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable programs installed and restart your computer.
