Intel BXNUC10i5FNK4 Issues

Running into an issue with it running windows 10 where if I turn off the box from windows it won't start up again.

Ends up with the blue light on the power button and my only solution to get it back into windows is to physically disconnect the power and reconnect it to get it to boot again.

I've managed to update the BIOS, can't use the windows memory assessment tool as the computer can't restart from windows.

Had the odd crash from windows itself but the main issues seem to be related to attempted restarts or shutdowns.

Any one have any ideas what might be causing these troubles? Thanks in advance.

Problem was solved. It appears to have been a dodgy USB cable causing some power issues with the front USB port.
