Intel DB75EN Motherboard VR Temperature Warning 90-120C, is it normal?

Hi,

Yesterday i bought Intel DB75EN with i5 3450 processors, with high processor usage the intel dekstop utility keeps me warning about the high VR Temperatures, Voltage regulator temperature i guess? At idle it stays 30-40C but with high processor usages it jumps to 90-125C and i am afraid it isn't somewhere between normal temps! Any help?

Intel i5 3450 3rd Generation

Intel Board DB75EN

Corsair 8gb Ram (4*4)

I have installed two 12mm Side and Rear Cooling fans! Any help?

Re: Intel DB75EN Motherboard VR Temperature Warning 90-120C, is it normal?

that's weird, usually the stock intel heatsink fan does a good job cooling the VR.

Try another temp. program and see if the reading is the same, also check the reading in the BIOS
