Hello 敏周0002,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
Our support is only provided in English. We may not be able to translate screenshots attached to the thread. To better assist you, we use a translation tool embedded in this Intel Community.
You can try the following steps:
- Uninstall the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant by using the Uninstaller tool.
- Intel® Driver & Support Assistant by using the Uninstaller
- Delete all the log files and make sure you don't see the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant in apps and features. (if you see it delete it)
- Install the latest version of the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant.
If you are getting an error message that Intel® Driver & Support Assistant is blocked you can try the following:
If you are going through a proxy to access the internet, you may need to configure it to allow access. You can check the proxy configuration by following these steps:
- Open the Internet Options control panel, which can be found in the Windows Start Menu.
- Select the Connections tab at the top of the window, and then select the LAN settings button near the bottom of the window.
- If on a company network, and Automatically detect settings or Use automatic configuration script are selected, then you will need to contact your network administrator to allow connections to localhost. If you are not on a company network and these settings are selected, you will need to manually configure the proxy device to allow connections to localhost.
- If the Use a proxy server for your LAN checkbox is selected, make sure Bypass proxy server for local addresses is checked. Click the Advanced button, and in the Exceptions text area, add 127.0.0.1, and then select OK and OK.

Hello Adrian M.,
Thanks for your attention, and hope that the issue will be fixed soon. We're looking forward to your reply.
But I'm another user of Intel DSA and have the same problem with Intel DSA as 敏周0002. We met each other on this forum and we're both located in the Mainland of China. :)

Hello 敏周0002,
I would like to update the thread.
This is an issue with the way IDSA checks internet access, which isn't working for PRC. We are still working on this issue.
In case you need to run some updates you can get the Intel driver from Download Center directly.
Regards,
Adrian M.
