Intel Driver & Support Assistant (DSA) redirects to FAQ page

Every time I launch the DSA to update drivers (it tells me there are updates for my hardware), instead of launching the regular update page. I reinstalled the software and it still does this.

I still have this problem where it redirects me to the FAQ page. The program was working fine last week.
