Intel Driver & Support Assistant shows me I have 3 updates available. This used to work until a week ago. When i right-click and choose 'Check for new drivers' it opens FAQ? Please help me!

  1. I've checked in two computers and it's working correctly.
  2. Uninstall the currently installed IDSA. right click on Windows icon in monitor left bottom corner. Then click on Apps and Futures. Find IDSA and uninstall it.
  3. Clean browser cache (browsing history).
  4. Download and install the latest version of IDSA https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28425/Intel-Driver-Support-Assistant
