Hello, when attempting to use the Driver Support Assistant tool I am receiving the following message: " Sorry, something went wrong while trying to scan". I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the DSA tool several times and it still won't work in any browser. I can't find any help on the website. The tool has worked previously so I'm not sure what's happened.

Hi @Dra11
1. Clear Internet Browser Cache (in Chrome, click on three dots in right upper corner, More tools > Clear browsing data...).
2. Uninstall the IDSA using IDSA Uninstaller FYI, currently there is a problem in the Intel Download Center and the IDSA Uninstaller can't be downloaded (for me at least).
3. Install the latest IDSA.
