Intel Driver & Support Assistant stuck on Scanning Your System

Hello, i have noticed that Assistant app is stuck on scanning my computer and nothing happens, i did cleared cache files, uninstalled and installed app and it did not help, i am adding logs from support utility, i would appreciate any help you can provide.

  1. Was it working before?
  2. When did the issue start happening?
  3. Do you get any error codes?
  4. Which browser are you using? Have you tried using different browsers?

It was working before but i do not know realy when it stopped working, i have noticed the problem about a week ago, i do not have any error codes, only loop about scanning my computer, i am using google chrome but tried edge and firefox with same results.

Yesterday (8 Nov 2021), I received notification on my NUC 10i7FNH that new drivers were available. I then attempted to obtain the new drivers, first with Opera, then Edge, and then Firefox, using the URL https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html.

 

Each time, I saw the following slow-turning-circle on my screen, which kept going after as much as 15 minutes, with no sign of any progress.

i have the same problem, since update.

Tried several Browsers, with same result.

I'm also having the same problem. It does not affect which browser you use.

Thank you all for participating in this thread and sharing your experiences and concerns. I will like to let you know that this is a known issue and an Intel team is working to release the fix as soon as possible. ETA is for the fix to be released in week 46 of 2021. 


In case you need to download and install the latest drivers for your system, you can always manually download them from our download center.

Thank you for the information provided, in this case as posted earlier, this is a known issue and an Intel group is working on it in order to release a fix as soon as possible. The ETA is for it to be released on week 46 of 2021. 


In case you need to download the drives, you can manually download them from our download center.

its hangin for me exactly as outlined. ... is there a new bug.. browser doesnt matter. it was working previously last week.
