Intel NUC 10 i3 Front Panel Audio

Hi all,

Am trying to setup my NUC10i3FNH and I just could not make the Front Panel Audio to work however I try. 

i. Acknowledge it is a genuine problem from Intel's side.

ii. Suggest a sure-fire way to solve it, cause I have lost 2 days of productivity already.

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.  

To better assist you please provide the following information:


  • Please provide a detailed description of the troubleshooting steps performed so far.
  • When did you start experiencing this behavior?
  • Were any changes made prior to this situation?
  • How many units are affected by this?


Please run the following tool and attach the reports generated.   

    

Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) Download link 

  

1.Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. 

2.By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".   

3.Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".   

4.To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".
