I'm not sure if your question was translated correctly to English? If you want to use GEN 4 SSD in M.2 slot on your NUC (which has GEN 3 M.2 slot), the answer is yes. The GEN 4 SSD should work in GEN 3 M.2 slot, but with lower (GEN 3) speed. You may see in the list of Intel Validated Component for your NUC and example of GEN 4 SSD ( WD SN850 NVMe), validated for your NUC.
