Morning/Afternoon All,
I have a really weird issue with my new Intel NUC. I finished building it from barebones a few days ago. I used known good components from another device.
I installed Windows 11 and installed Evgas precision X1 to tweak some GPU settings. When I launch X1 some of the controls are missing, I'm thinking that's weird so I boot up GPUZ and some of the fields are incomplete of incorrect. My GPU is also only running at pcie 4 x8 when it should be x16.
In the screen shot you'll notice the subvendor is 'undefined' instead of Evga and the Device ID sub ID is set to 0000 0000 which is totally incorrect. I confirmed these fields are correct in a test PC which is why I'm point the finger at the NUC.
I'm also experiencing hitches/stuttering which happen about every 60-90 seconds
The latest BIOs 062 is installed and has been reset to defaults. I have also attached the SSU Log
What I think is happening is the system isn't completely recognising the GPU and is falling back to some defaults
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Peter
