Hi,
I am using the Intel NUC 9 Extreme Kit in a movable robot. The NUC came with this power cord
As you can see the plug is rated for 250V/16A, while the other side of the cord is rated for 250V/10A. This means the bottle neck for this cord is 250V/10A. So can I use a 250V/10A power cord instead of the default cord that came with NUC? This is because I am powering the NUC via an inverter, on the robot. The 250V/16A plug is too big for my inverter socket.
Also, I found out that the internal power supply of Intel NUC 9 extreme kit is rated at 500W (source ). So ideally a 250V/6A power cable should be more than capable of reliably delivering power to the NUC. Is it advisable to power the NUC from 250V/6A rated power cord? (This is because I do happen to have a 250V/6A power cord whose plug is compatible with the inverter that I have).
