Intel NUC BOXD54250WYKH1 detecting USB devices connected to the kvm switch.

Good day,

I recently connected my NUC to a dual monitor kvm switch and the NUC was unable to detect the USB  devices connected to the switch.  My other computer does not have any problems connecting to switch.

I have a USB hub connected to the switch. It lights up when I switch to my other computer. However, when I switch to my NUC the light does not come on but if I plug the hub directly into it the light come on. The light s indicate which ports on the active. Also, if I disconnect the and only have the keyboard and mouse connected to the switch I am unable to use them to work with the NUC but they work with the other computer.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
