Intel NUC Board Schematic

Hi,
I was just wondering if the board schematic for the Intel NUC NUC5CPYH could be posted in PDF and boardview formats?

Just to clarify I have one of these NUCs and the board is powering on (green light) but no power light is turning on and the board is not posting. The fan spins up but doesn't slow down after a few seconds. There is no power to the USB ports but there is power to the charging port. I have tried different RAM in the NUC but there is no change

I am sorry, but Intel considers the schematics to be IP and will not release them to the public.
