Hello and good day. I am having a problem dealing with the detection verification, found in the device manager and then other devices. I'm trying the solutions that I saw in the site but I can't find any Realtek HD audio driver for my device. I'm also unable to update my BIOS because a pop-up interrupts the update in BIOS. It says "Check FW Capsule Data." and "Block Capsule Update by OEM FW Capsule data." . I asked help in this site since I can't solve it and I hope it can be fixed. This is my first time posting here. Thank you.

Hello @Shile
Thank you for the report. We noticed you're not running the latest Windows version, you can update this by going to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update, and then select Check for updates. If updates are available, install them.
Also, the drivers for the laptop come in the driver pack:
- Driver Pack for the Intel® NUC M15 Laptop Kit
Please confirm once you update Windows and the drivers.

Hello Shile
Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. To investigate, please share the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) results
- Download the Intel SSU https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-
- Open the application and select "Everything" click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
- Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
- To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".

Hello David, the solution worked after I've installed the audio drivers in the attachment. The microphone in my headphones is working now. Thank you very much.
