I'm a owner of a M15 brazilian laptop variant and i'm facing an issue since I aquired the laptop. after a windows 10 instalation, the speaker sound stops to work after the first OS restart. there are no hardware or driver problems apparently., the headphone jack works without a problem.
Contacting the laptop vendor, they send me an executable that locks and unlocks the bios. when I execute the lock or unlock, the sound returns until I turn off the laptop or restart the windows. this is not a viable solution due the fact that I need to execute this bios file every time that I need speaker sound.

I tried for many times, reinstall the OS with fresh version, tried windows 11 and the problem persists.
