This NUC is part of a Trans conference room system and it has windows 10 IoT Enterprise on it, version 1909. However it will not upgrade to the minimum version 20H2 that is needed for Teams. Tells me that it isn’t licensed. We are a Microsoft Volume license customer but I would have assumed like the other systems we have that this one would be licensed.

Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities.
- Did you check with your system administrator (or Microsoft*) for the updates?
- Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) results
- Download the Intel SSU https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-
- Open the application and select "Everything" click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
- Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
- To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".
