Hello everyone.
I have an Intel NUC NUC6i7KYK that was having heatsink issues. It was replaced and it works normally.
I updated the BIOS to the latest version BIOS ID KYSKLi70.86A.0074.2021.1027.2200
BIOS Date 10/27/2021 and stopped powering up due to powering on for 5 seconds and powering off. I try to remove the RAM to verify it and it stays on, it does not turn off but it does not give an image, at least it should give me a RAM error and it does not display it for me.
I changed the thermal paste, turned on the computer without the BIOS chip so that it factory reset and it doesn't work either.
I need help because I don't know what to do. I am suspecting that it is an electrical problem because, if I put the RAM back in, it lasts 5 seconds and then turns off again.
Thank you very much for the help.
