Hello JPZ2022,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with your Intel® NUC 11 Pro Kit NUC11TNKi5.

In order to better assist you, please provide the following:

1. Can you provide more details about your issue?

2. Was the NUC working properly before?

3. Which devices did you use to test the USB ports?

4. Do the ports work once the unit boots?

Best regards,

It has been gotten resolved of issue. Using the keyboard and mouse with USB A ports can't enter the BIOS, but USB C works. So, using C into BIOS, and then choice the default setting. Save and re-start, the USB A ports are functional.

Thanks!
