Intel NUC "Wake System from S5" not available

Hello,

I would like to configure my Intel NUC (10th Gen.) so it starts up at 7 am everyday.
I disabled Fast Boot both in Windows and Bios but the "Wake System from S5" option is still greyed out. Intel RST shows "No disks connected to system" so I think this is deactivated too.

Any ideas how to enable "Wake System from S5"?
