Intel NUC specsheet as following:
https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/mini-pcs/mini-pcs/NUC8i3CYS_TechProdSpec.pdf On page 45 there is written that voltage range is 12-19V. The customer who uses 8i3 Intel NUC devices (previously 5i3 and 7i3 models) in large quantities has been using 12V custom made power supplies (WalMart last mile product delivery collection robots).
Problem is that 8i3 devices dont even start if voltage is equal or less that 14V. Is there any kind of setting or workaround to get 8i3 devices work on this voltage? If there has been documentational mistake in INtel specsheet then there is a huge s***storm coming to my way...

Hi @SSoid
Did you check the voltage on the Power Supply Connector under load condition( i.e . while connected to NUC)? You may use some intermediate connector with open wires for this measurement. Compare this with the situation in the older NUC.
