Actually, bios 0042 just released last night:

Give it a shot.

Also, you may want to try different memory as a test.

Hi, Thank You. I did a BIOS update yesterday, but it is a bit newer. I'll give it a chance. I just started and was excited to see how long it would work without interruption.

Also these are my third pair of 64GB RAM that I'm trying

Just so it's stated, spontaneous resets (often followed by failed POST attempts) are almost always the result of an issue with memory (a memory bus lockup terminated by watchdog timer).

I had read that too, so I decided on the third pair of RAM for exactly the product number as it is on the Intel compatibility page. Error was still there. Let's see if the BIOS update made a difference that I updated yesterday.

Hmm BIOS 42 got pulled... anyone know why?

If a BIOS is pulled, it is either bricking units, preventing units from booting or disaffecting the operation of specific hardware. Take your pick, all nasty.

Hello RTögl,

Are you able to boot to Windows* after the unit crashes?

What is the SATA Mode you are currently using? Are you able to attach a picture of this parameter?
