Intel NUC10i5FNB fail to shutdown then restart by itself

Intel NUC10i5FNB fail to shutdown then restart itself back on( in 2-3 second after device shutdown ) it start doing this after latest bios FW. update(Ver.0053). Symptom happen randomly some day it completely turn itself off after i click on shutdown in windows sometime i had to fight it. i notice that after system shutdwon when i click on my wire mouse (connect via usb port on dell U2421HE monitor this monitor connect to NUC via usc-c port at the back  ) i can wake system up even i turn wake-up on thunderbolt port in bios menu to disable. (also wake up on LAN disable ) . Please advice.

Hi Matt,

On my NUC FN I've observed that even removing the USB C connector from the back USB C port, switches ON my monitor. I've solved this problem (i.e. I can remove the USB C and the monitors stays OFF), by setting in BIOS Advanced > Onboard Devices > Auto Turn TV to Disabled.
