Intel NUC11BTMi9 Beast Canyon does display LED controls in Intel Nuc Software Studio

So I just bought a Intel Nuc from Newegg, the Beast Canyon i9. Things were pre-installed for me with windows 10 home. I setup the computer just fine and everything works, but when i downloaded the Intel Nuc Software Studio to manage the RGB Leds on the Nuc, it doesn't show as an option whatsoever. Any ideas?
It only lists -Performance Mode, and -System monitor as options.

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

In order to better assist you, please provide the following information:

- Download the Intel® SSU https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- 

Open the application and select "Everything", click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".  

Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View". To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save". Please attach the file to your reply.

- Was there any BIOS update before you install or before you open the Intel® NUC Software Studio?
