Intel NUC6CAYH no signal

Hi guys,

I have an Intel NUC, and when I start the computar, I can't see anything in my monitor, I tried with HDMI and VGA but not works. I can't see anything for access at BIOS and the mouse and keyboard don't have lights (I think also is not detected).

The leds from font panel are with blue light and I don't know what is happening.

Can yoy help me please?

2. It is new product that you try to operate, or it is NUC which fail to operate now?
