Intel NUC6i5SYH / Intel Iris 540, 4k videos stutter and lag in YouTube and when playing a local file.

Dear Team,

I have Intel NUC6i5SYH / Intel Iris 540 graphics latest drivers, hooked up to a Benq EW3270U 4k HDR display.

The challenge is I can output to a 4k resolution for my windows 10 machine. However I cannot play any 4 K videos either in YouTube, Netflix or a local file. The system slows down, video stutters and screen freezes.

I have the HEVC codecs installed plus the latest Intel Iris drivers. Please help how can I resolve this issue or NUC can handle the 4k streaming/playback.
