Intel NUC7i7BNB with External Aorus GTX 1070

I have an Intel NUC7i7BNB loaded with Windows 10 latest build which has Thunderbolt 3.

Recently purchased External Aorus GTX 1070 gaming box and connected to through type C Thunderbolt 3. I have also enabled primary GPU to use External Aorus from BIOS but still, the GPU is not detected even after installing the drivers from Also checked Device Manager.

Computers with Thunderbolt 3 ports should support External GPU, have tried on a different computer of same Model NUC7i7BNB still it is same. What else we can do to make this External GPU working on this Intel NUC7i7BNB

BRedd2, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support. For this type of scenario what we recommend is to keep everything up to date, please try a BIOS update to the latest version, which is 0072: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28475/BIOS-Update-BNKBL357-86A-?product=95065 Then install the latest Intel® graphics driver version for the Intel® NUC Kit NUC7i7BNH 24.20.100.6286: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28208/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-for-Intel-NU... If the problem persists we can also try driver version DCH 25.20.100.6471: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28445/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10?product=98912 There is also a driver for the AORUS GTX 1070 Gaming Box for you to install, version 384.76: https://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-N1070IXEB-8GD#support-dl-driver Just to let you know, in the following link there is a list of tested peripherals validated by Intel, there are no graphics card listed, so we cannot guarantee that the device will work with the NUC: http://compatibleproducts.intel.com/ProductDetails?activeModule=Intel%C2%AE%20NUC# Regards, Alberto R. BRedd2, Thank you very much for letting us those details. If the same exact external GPU is working on another Intel® NUC Kit NUC7i7BNB, then the NUC might be defective and we can always replace it, if it is under the 3 years of warranty. Please get in contact with your local Intel support department so they can further assist you with this process: Chat support: http://intelsupportchat.force.com/icslivechat/ics_tech_processor_ww_english_Chat, For phone support, depending on your location, you will see the contact information on the links below: EMEA contact information: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/contact-support/emea-contact.html APAC contact information: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/contact-support/apac-contact.html LAR contact information: https://www.intel.la/content/www/xl/es/support/contact-support/lar-contact.html North America: Phone Number 1-916-377-7000, Monday – Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pacific Time).
