Hello JLiu13
Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities.
Please provide more information about the exact problem to assist you. When the driver updates, do you get a specific issue?
Make sure to attach the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) results:
- Download the Intel SSU https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-
- Open the application and select "Everything" click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
- Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
- To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".

Thank you for the information and feedback provided, there is not an estimated time of when the drivers will be updated. We recommend that you use the latest version of the driver available on:
If the Windows continues to update your driver automatically, you can disable the automatic updates as a workaround for this problem. For more information on how to do this check with Microsoft support directly.
