Hello there,
I have an Intel NUC8i7HNK with Windows 10 V10.0.19044.2006. The Intel Driver and Support Assistance page showed an update to the AMD Software package:
Description:
Radeon™ RX Vega M graphics driver and software for Windows® 10 64-bit for the Intel® NUC Kit NUC8i7HNK and NUC8i7HVK.
Version:
30.0.21017.1000Release date:
July 7, 2022Size:
842.73 MB
I proceed to download and install it. After the AMD Software uninstalled the older version, and rebooted, then while installing the new version, it stopped because of ERROR 1603.
What is infuriating, I'm using an external Samsung C49RG9 ODYSSEY Display with a 5120 Resolution. However, for the last two days, the PC only booted to the lower 3K resolution (limited by internal INTEL GPU). So I proceed to the GPU drivers update to fix it but I keep getting Error 1603.
Please help!

1. You may download the Radeon™ RX Vega M graphics driver from the Intel Download Center and reinstall it.
2. Please read the comment on the AMD page.
