Hello;
Anyone know where to find one? I don't see them in the Intel spare parts store...

This will probably work.

Three different versions on this page, it's pretty standard Google for one near you.

No! That's a 65W power adapter. It won't even come close to powering this NUC. The NUC8i7HNK comes with and needs a 230W (19.5V x 11.8A) power adapter.
Amazon has one that exactly fits the bill: https://www.amazon.com/Adapter-HP-EliteBook-641514-001-19-5v11-8a/dp/B01MF8T26C Amazon.com: 230W AC Adapter charger for HP EliteBook 8740W 8760W 8770W 641514-001. I stopped at the first one that matched the requirements (right down to the DC connector). Amazon.com has others - including some at lower prices - that also fit the bill.
Hope this helps,
...S

I have seen some test showing a max wattage of 150W, and as Scott suggest, the 230W matches the power brick supplied which is what I would suggest as well, especially if you are powering anything else e.g. webcam, MS WMR, etc...
