Intel Nuc 11 enthusiast making loud processing noises although no performing any task

I recently bought a Nuc 11 enthusiast and I think after an auto bio update it started running very lowed. Not a fan noise but like a processing/ the sound and old hard drive used to make when writing data. Not sure what to do? Any help please.....

Well, fan and HDD are the only mechanical structures inside NUC, nothing else can physically make noises.
