Intel Nuc 8i7beh dual monitor issue.

I am running a sceptre 30” ultrawide via hdmi and a lepow 15.6” portable monitor vis usb c and power is connected for work. The sceptre works fine but the lepow flashes off and on every 30 seconds or so. I updated the bios and all the drivers last night and that got it working this good. Prior I could not get the lepow to display anything. Any ideas?

1. What are the resolution and refresh rate settings for each of your monitors?

I have tried adjusting the resolution and refresh rate for both monitors. I also updated every driver and bios last night.

1. You tried to adjust the resolution and refresh rate of the displays. What are the results?
2. If only Lepow display is active (the Sceptre is OFF), still you see the flickering?
