Intel Nuc beast canyon not switching on

I just bought a beast canyon. Installed the memory and hard drive. Switched it on with the usb to install windows where it started the process. When i return later the unit was off and when pressing the button to switch on nothing happens

Since you mentioned that you just bought the unit, I recommend you go to the place of purchase in order to get warranty service. Usually, the resellers have a warranty policy for the first 30 days. The support is often faster than Intel, especially if you want a refund for the product. During the initial 30-days from the purchase date, Intel recommends that you seek warranty support by the place of purchase (POP)


Also, to better assist you, please provide me with the following:


  • Can you confirm the exact model of your Intel® NUC?
  • What is the make and model of the RAM, SSD, or Hard Drive installed?
  • What is the behavior of the power button? Is there any type of LED pattern?
  • Did you confirm that the Windows installation process was completed?
