Intel Nuc7i3BNH

Hola, buenos días. Tengo un Intel Nuc7i3BNH. Este es nuevo, y no consigo conectarlo a ningún monitor. He probado con un cable HDMI directo, en otro monitor que no tiene HDMI, sino DisplayPort, he probado con un adaptador HDMI-DisplayPort y nada, además he probado con varios adaptadores para conseguir ver algo en un monitor con VGA y nada. He probado con varios cables HDMI también. No he conseguido visualizar nada todavía. Me gustaría saber que puedo hacer para resolver este problema.

I understand you have been facing troubles while getting an image output on the monitor, we can certainly troubleshoot that to find out what could be wrong with the system and a possible solution.

 

 

 

 

To proceed with that, I would like to check some data:
  • Was the system working before? If so, has anything been changed on the system configuration?
  • Do you get lights from the system?
  • Can you hear the fan moving?
  • Do you have an SSD and RAM installed on the system?
  • Has the OS been installed so far?
  • Have you tested the power adapter with different outlets?

I,ve been checking the Nuc with your suggestion. The results have been the following:

The Intel Nuc is completely new. I couldn´t see anything yet.

Do you get lights from the system?

Yes, I get light blue when I put the power botton.

Can you hear the fan moving?

Sorry, but this step I couldn´t check.

Do you have a SSD and RAM installed on the system?

I think that Intel Nuc have a hard disk SSD, but it hasn´t memory RAM.

Has the OS been installed so far?

It hasn't OS.

Have you tested the power adapter with different outlets?

Yes, I've taste with a different outlet, and cable, but I didn´t get anything.

Please be aware the system requires RAM to work.

If you do not have RAM installed, you should be getting 3 blinks from the system, as noted here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/boards-and-kits/intel-nuc-boards/000005854.html Blink Codes and Beep Codes for Intel® NUC
