My Nuc is just 3 weeks old. This morning, I woke up to a beeping sound. I thought it was nuc so i plugged it out. Then I plugged it again. I realized my nuc got bricked. There were still continuos beeping sound. It won't stop until i disconnect thr power supply. I tried every possible solutions. Unplugged the ssd and ram. Reset cmos. But to no avail. Upon further inspection, it wasn't the nuc that was making the beeping sound but the power supply. Then i checked the power supply, i plugged it to my monitor, it powered the monitor. So i think the problem is not the power supply but the nuc itself. I'm so confused. I don't know what to do nowm please help.

- The following beep pattern indicates memory error: 3 blinks (3 beeps) On-off (1.0 second each) three times, then 2.5-second pause (off). The pattern repeats until the computer is powered off. The same beep pattern you will hear, after removing memory modules (NUC without RAM).
- If your NUC has two memory modules: try using just one memory module at a time, swapping it between the upper and lower memory slots.
- If you have only one memory module, install a new one. You can borrow one from laptop?
- I understand that the beep you hear is from speakers connected to your NUC rather from the Power Supply? If you disconnect the speaker, you can't hear any beep.

EBuña, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.
I just wanted to check if the information posted previously was useful for you and if you need further assistance on this matter?
If the problem persists, by any chance, do you have the option to test the Intel® NUC with a different power supply?
Regards,
Alberto R.

Hi @EBuna ,
- You wrote "Same problem persists.". They confirmed that the beep comes from the Power Supply? Also the second Power Supply is beeping?
- Did they try to install other memory module?

Hi EBuña, I just wanted to let you know that normally the place of purchase has a 30 day warranty period to replace the unit, but actually, that will depend on their warranty policy and the options they can provide.
The Intel® NUC Kit NUC8i7BEH has 3 years of warranty, you mentioned that the Intel® NUC was sent to Intel® for repair, I just wanted to check if you already received the Intel® NUC and if you need further assistance on this matter?
Regards,

EBuña, Thank you very much for letting us know those updates.
I see, ok, once you receive the Intel® NUC, go ahead and test it, please let us know if the unit is working properly so, if necessary, we can continue with our assistance.

1.What was replaced? The beeping power supply or the NUC?
2. Did you installed the same RAM?
