Good afternoon.
Can anyone help me understand why the Intel(R) PCI Express Root Port #7 - A0BE is active all the time and keeps the NUC from sleeping?

(INTEL NUC 11 PAH I7 , Windows 10 21H2 all update from MS and Intel )

Thank youp7.pngp71.png

see https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000088377/intel-nuc.html

before applying the registry fix, could you please query the registry for the current value of this key?

open powershell or 'comand  prompt' and  execute this command:

reg query "HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power" /v DisableInboxPepGeneratedConstraints

please post the result.
